​​Responsibilities:

• Client Interaction: Welcome and engage with clients, providing exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, scheduling appointments, and ensuring a positive and welcoming environment.

• Appointment Scheduling: Efficiently manage and coordinate spa appointments, ensuring proper allocation of resources and accommodating client preferences and availability.

​

• Service Delivery: Perform professional spa services, such as facials, relaxation modalities, aesthetics, or other relevant treatments, ensuring a high standard of quality and client satisfaction.

​

• Client Consultation: Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their specific needs, concerns, and desired outcomes, tailoring treatments accordingly.

​

• Treatment Execution: Execute treatments with expertise and attention to detail, utilizing appropriate techniques, products, and equipment to deliver optimal results.

​

• Retail Sales Support: Assist clients in selecting and recommending appropriate skincare products, aromatherapy items, or other spa-related merchandise, promoting retail sales and enhancing the client experience.

​

• Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative duties, including managing client records, updating schedules, processing payments, and maintaining inventory.

​

• Facility Management: Maintain a clean and organized spa environment, ensuring proper sanitation, stocking supplies, and coordinating with other staff to uphold a serene and inviting atmosphere.

​

• Client Education: Educate clients on skincare practices, wellness routines, and post-treatment care, providing personalized recommendations to help them achieve their wellness goals.

​

• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other team members, including spa coordinators, therapists, aestheticians, and management, to ensure smooth operations, effective communication, and a cohesive client experience.

 

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in facials, relaxation modalities, aesthetics, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory. We provide comprehensive training to all new hires.

• Strong passion for wellness and a genuine desire to help clients achieve their health and beauty goals.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to establish rapport with clients and understand their specific needs.

• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional service and results.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
